Note...Members can search all fields ... Free Access provides limited search fields...
Keep it simple
.. Put in as little info as possible... you can always get more detailed later
When searching a Street.....
Just put the name of the street in... Not the mode... The mode is Ave, St, Rd... etc..... That has a seperate field
To search multiple Streets....
Type in the Street name and click Add Street to list
When Searching a Name...
You can enter just a part of it... Ex... to search all Last Names beginning with EZ... Just enter EZ
When Searching a Date...
Use the format 2/28/04
When Searching a Street... Just use the Street Name
for ex... 123 main ave ... just type in

When Viewing a Map
... To Print out just a setion of the map Click on Tools>Customize Tool Bar and in Zoom and edit Click on Snapshot
From then on when you want to print a section of the map click on the Snapshot icon - select an aera with the mouse - right click - click print
To Clear the Search Screen
.... Just Erase what you typed in
When Printing Maps
... click on the Snapshot icon - select an aera with the mouse - right click - click print
